Named after the neighborhood street where the original Superburger has been located for decades, the St. Helena burger is also named for the local mountain that it resembles. Our original recipe BBQ sauce is drizzled over a 7 oz. beef cheddar cheeseburger, 2 slices of thick cut smoked bacon and three beer battered onions rings. Press down hard on the top and tell everyone you can fit a mountain and a street in your mouth at the same time.

This reminds us of one of the great Pub burgers. The bite of blue cheese crumbles balanced with the sweet Superburger BBQ sauce. So much flavor there already and then we have to go and add the salty smoked bacon too.

Our chili recipe is a childhood memory of special beans dad used to make when mom wasn't watching.
